**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Physician Assistant to join our progressive team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive care, conducting patient assessments, formulating treatment plans, and guiding patients through their wellness journey. This position requires a proactive approach to patient management and a strong dedication to holistic health practices.

**Key Responsibilities:** –

Perform thorough patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations. – Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage patient conditions related to wellness, hormone therapy, peptide therapies, weight loss, and urology. – Develop, implement, and monitor patient-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs. – Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive health strategies to foster informed decision-making. – Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in electronic health records. – Conduct follow-ups on patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal health outcomes. – Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the fields of wellness and urology.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. – Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state, with NCCPA certification. – Previous experience in wellness, hormone therapy, or urology preferred; strong interest and commitment to these areas are essential. – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care and collaboration. – Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
