Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
- Provide infectious disease care and manage treatment plans for various conditions.
- Perform catheter care and assist with catheterization procedures as needed.
- Deliver behavioral health services, including support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Engage in memory care practices to support patients with cognitive impairments.
- Participate in utilization review processes to ensure effective patient management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills in basic life support and emergency response.
- Experience in assisted living environments or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of best practices in infectious disease management and behavioral health interventions.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and complex health needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
