Your Role:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, focusing on optimizing health beyond standard norms.
- Perform and supervise advanced procedures such as deep brain stimulation programming, botulinum toxin injections, lumbar punctures, and IV infusions.
- Develop personalized health plans, including hormone optimization, GI microbiome testing, and mitochondrial health regimens.
- Assist in creating and enhancing metabolic foods, drinks, and supplements for health optimization.
- Contribute to content development for patient education and practice marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Active PA licensure in Texas and experience in neurodegenerative disorders, aging medicine, or geriatrics. Passion for anti-aging medicine is a must.
- Clinical Expertise: Skilled in diagnostics, medication management (including compounded and injectable meds), and advanced procedures.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in EMR systems and comfortable optimizing workflows and IT systems for efficiency.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Marketing Savvy: Willing to participate in formal presentations and content creation for social media and blogs.

Pay: $113,332.00 – $119,308.00 per year
