Full Job Description
An established ENT practice in the Minneapolis, MN area is looking to add a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to their team. The role is fully in the outpatient setting with a Monday thru Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. Candidates with direct otolaryngology experience are preferred, but the group is also open to training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology conditions.
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders
- Perform minor procedures under the supervision of the otolaryngologist.
- Collaborate with the otolaryngologist and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Provide patient education regarding otolaryngology conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Prior experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
