Job Description:
- Must be able to work a full time, 40-hour work week
- Provide pain management care to new and follow-up patients in an office setting, supervised by a physician.
- Conduct patient evaluations, treat medical conditions, prescribe medications (to the extent allowable by state guidelines and clinical regulations) as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Order diagnostic tests, interventional procedures and refer to other specialties as needed on a case-by-case basis.
- Participate in coaching patients to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention in accordance with MIPS guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Recognize the need for addiction counseling in patients struggling with substance abuse.
- Create detailed and articulate office notes outlining treatment plans and outcomes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements to Apply:
- Active Texas license
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and clinical research pertaining to pain management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Knowledge in eClinical Works is a plus
- Being bilingual is a plus

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
