Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician’s Assistant to join our DYNAMIC healthcare team. The PA will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in various clinical settings and possess a broad knowledge base to effectively assess and manage patient health.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications, including psychopharmacology as needed.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in urgent care settings or during surgical procedures (OR).
- Utilize skills in venipuncture for blood draws and other necessary procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in medical practices, particularly in areas such as PICU and medical-surgical care.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Family Physician’s Assistant.
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, patient assessment techniques, and healthcare protocols.
- Experience or training in urgent care settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
