Full Job Description
We are a rapidly growing orthopedic practice seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This role involves providing patient care with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes through advanced procedures and innovative orthobiologic treatments.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board-Certified Physician Assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting.
- Proficient in ultrasound-guided injections.
- Experience with knee injections and working knowledge of PRP and Orthobiologics required.
Job Duties:
– Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that aligns with our mission and values.
– Administer ultrasound-guided injections with precision and expertise.
– Develop and lead a robust knee injection and orthobiologic program.
– Educate patients on PRP/Orthobiologics and other advanced treatments offered by the practice.
– Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to develop and execute treatment plans.
– Document patient encounters and procedures accurately using our EMR system (experience with EPIC is a plus).
– Contribute to practice objectives and participate in structured goal-setting using OKRs (objectives and key results).
– Potential Opportunity: After establishing the knee injection program successfully, there may be opportunities to assist in the operating room for orthopedic surgeries (approximately 20% of the role).
Pay:
Hourly Rate: Starting at $58 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Flexible Part-Time 2-3 days per week
