Position Summary
Join our team at Children’s Minnesota as a Physician Assistant (PA) and collaborate with our Neonatologists to provide exceptional care for high-risk newborns. As a PA, you will play a crucial role in managing the medical needs of critically ill infants, utilizing your expertise and evaluative tools to ensure the best outcomes.
Our neonatal services program offers comprehensive care through our Levels IV, III, II, and step-down care units, with a combined bed capacity of 171 across our Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. This program is a collaborative effort between Allina’s fetal and maternal services and Children’s neonatal and pediatric care.
We are the fourth-largest neonatal program in the U.S. Our team of 20+ neonatologists, 60+ neonatal nurse practitioners and 500+ nurses and support staff provide care for more than 1,900 neonatal visits per year. Board-certified neonatologist on-site 24/7. We also offer Transport care for more than 500 neonatal patients each year

License/Certification requirements:
- MN Physician Assistant License.
- National Certification required by NCCPA.
- Current NRP.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous NICU experience strongly preferred.
