JOB SUMMARY: The Physician Assistant (PA) will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a men’s sexual health clinic. This includes diagnosing, managing, and treating sexual health concerns, including erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The PA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and patient education, emphasizing preventive health and wellness in men’s sexual health.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
· Diagnose and treat sexual health conditions such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
· Collaborate with the medical team and medical directors to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
· Provide follow – up care and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient outcomes.
· Work closely with physicians and medical directors to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
· Maintain clear and accurate patients’ records.
· Adhere to HIPAA and all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards governing patient care.
· Exhibit exemplary bedside manner and establish rapport with patients in a caring manner.
· Evaluate and manage erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and male sexually related health issues using proprietary medical protocols developed by the medical director.
· Perform routine examinations and prescribe medications.
· Maintain a good medical record.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
· Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of (Name).
· Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA0.
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
· Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests and administer treatments, such as ICP and PRP injections as well as medications.
· Ability to move between examination rooms and perform medical procedures.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $118,000.00 per year
