Position: Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Location: McKinney, Texas

Shift Availability: We are specifically looking for coverage on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, review health histories, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer ketamine infusions and monitor patients throughout the treatment process to ensure safety and comfort.
• Administer and lead Spravato® (esketamine) initiatives, including overseeing patient eligibility, treatment administration, and monitoring outcomes in collaboration with the medical team.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team to deliver a comprehensive approach to mental wellness.
• Educate patients about their treatment options, including the benefits and potential risks of ketamine and Spravato® therapies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Offer emotional support and counsel patients on their journey to improved mental health.
• Stay informed on advancements in ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato®, and other innovative mental health treatments.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid license in Texas.
• Experience or familiarity with Spravato® (esketamine) treatment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of both patients and the clinic.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care, with a dedication to promoting mental wellness.
