Full Job Description
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established medical team.
Work setting can be customizable between clinic, facilities, or hospital. We operate both primary care / internal medicine as well as cardiology practices.
For new graduates, training will be provided working with a cardiologist or internist.
The facilities will be around Park Ridge, IL & Schaumburg, IL.
Additional options near Arlington Heights, IL, Skokie, IL, Libertyville, IL, Waukegan, Gurnee, Vernon Hills, IL. You can discuss which facilities will be possible for you to go to. Training will be provided but prior experience and the ability to speak certain languages are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in different settings.
- Be patient with patients and their families.
- Provide full spectrum of disease management services to patients.
- Collaborate with other health care providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Provide medical care to adults
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
