As a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) at ADVENT, you will serve as a frontline resource in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients. - Provide medical services under the supervision of a physician to promote and maintain health.
- Assess patient health by interviewing, performing physical exams, and updating medical histories.
- Identify short-term and long-range patient care issues and develop solutions.
- Perform in-office based patient procedures related to ENT and sleep health.
- Educate patients on treatments and care plans, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Help with patient care at nearby clinics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Licensed as a PA or NP in Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on patient education.
- Interest in ENT services and medical procedures related to sleep and sinus care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care.
- Monday-Friday schedule, with consistent day-time hours (no weekends).

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
