We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Visalia clinic in a 4-day-per-week role. This position focuses on providing general healthcare to school district employees and their family members.
- Schedule is for day shifts only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. Clinic is closed 1 hour for lunch.
- Malpractice insurance provided including tail coverage.
- NO Calls, NO After Hours work!
- Private concierge practice that is not open to the general public.
- Must have an active California Physician Assistant License.
- Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
- Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
- Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).

Elite Providers are responsible to:
- Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care.
- Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
- Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 20 patients daily).
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
