We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team.
Position Overview:As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to a loyal patient base in a flexible and supportive work environment. We offer Primary Care and Urgent Care services by appointment with a focus on building long-term relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Offer urgent care services for a wide variety of non-life-threatening conditions.
- Work closely with our administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in primary care or urgent care.
- Proven patient following and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with patients.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development.
