Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractic practice by providing exceptional patient service and assisting with various clinical tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and gather relevant medical history.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the clinic.
• Experience or familiarity with patient assessment techniques is preferred.
• Strong patient service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
• Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient care effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 – $200.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
