Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA)

• Location: San Francisco, CA OR San Mateo, CA
• Compensation: $180,000.00 – $220,000.00

Requirements Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 year experience – Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant
• Possession of a CA Nurse Practitioner Certificate; OR valid CA License to practice as a Physician Assistant issued by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
• Possession of DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate
• Possession of BCLS/CPR certification

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Overview:

• Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner act as a clinical leader by providing quality primary care and addiction care services to patients in a integrated care delivery model, helping to grow the overall practice, and promoting team functioning.
• Provides clinical supervision and oversight, including clinical review, and input into the performance appraisal and hiring or firing of clinical support staff.
• Non- profit organization delivering hope, enhances health, and transforms lives by offering comprehensive and integrated care that encompasses primary medical, mental health, and substance use disorder treatments, all delivered with compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Care Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive primary care and addiction care.
• Documents care promptly and following charting protocols and applicable CA state licensing requirements
• Organizational Responsibilities: May provide supervision to students as needed;
• Assort administrative and clinical tasks as directed by a supervisor, such as conducting case presentations and delivering staff training etc.
