Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and implementing treatment plans while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Perform medical procedures such as IV infusion, tube feeding, and DME management.
- Assist in family planning services and provide education to patients regarding public health initiatives.
- Interpret medical imaging results and document findings accurately.
- Participate in clinical research projects to enhance patient care practices.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in the operating room (OR) setting.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
ExperienceCandidates should possess a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, and an active PA license in the state of New York. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Relevant experience in family medicine/internal medicine is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $135,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
