Job Description– Care for our Urgent Care and straightforward Primary Care patients- Perform histories and physicals at the bedside, and sometimes virtually.- Order and interpret diagnostic lab and imaging studies- Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting- Follow up with patients via phone or video to ensure they are feeling better.
Qualifications– Current Oregon PA-C license, and active DEA.- Strong medical knowledge, and a willingness to perform procedures- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (we use Athena, plus an AI scribe)- Prior clinical experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated and energetic new grads- Comfortable caring for all ages- Willingness to learn the business and operational aspects of healthcare– This is a new model of Urgent Care so an open mind, a “can do” attitude, flexibility, and resilience are required!
