Plum Health is looking for Advanced Practice Providers who are intrinsically motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to patients of all ages and stages. New graduates welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics
- Administer primary care
- Administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
- Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via EMR
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant Graduate
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating in a Direct-Care Model a plus
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
