**Duties:**
– Conduct thorough patient assessments including and monitoring.
– Utilize technologies to provide remote patient care when necessary.
– Adhere to medical and protocols in all patient interactions.
– Apply in-depth to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
– Specialize in by addressing the unique healthcare needs of elderly patients.
– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers in a setting.
– Perform procedures such as as part of patient treatment plans.
– Offer to patients for improved wellness outcomes.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience working as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner or in a related role preferred.
– Proficiency in conducting and monitoring vital signs accurately.
– Familiarity with platforms for remote patient consultations.
– Strong knowledge of medical and best practices.
– Demonstrated understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
– Experience in providing specialized care for patients is advantageous.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams.
– Excellent communication skills for patient education and interaction.
– Current Physician assistant/Nurse Practitioner license and certification required.

Pay: $135,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
