Axis HealthCare is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Tulsa location that has experience in Pain management.
We are currently looking for an additional Provider to help us out in our Pain Management department. We manage pain on a Primary Care level. We have strict expectations on for patients (i.e. No more than 50 MME’s, No benzo’s, No soma, etc…)
We currently offer the following services:
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Pain Management
- Addiction Medicine
Must have a license in good standing to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53.00 – $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
