Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Oncology
Location: Bethesda, MD (On-site) Work Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement options, and opportunities for professional growth.

Role Summary: As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in oncology, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients with cancer. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct diagnostic evaluations, prescribe treatments, and help manage patients’ care plans, including participation in clinical trials. This position requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and a strong ability to support patients and their families during all phases of treatment.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

APRN or PA license in the appropriate state

Current certification (ANCC or ONS – AOCN-P)

Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply

BLS certification
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as an APRN or PA in oncology

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities

Bilingual skills are an asset but not required
