Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care in various settings, including critical care and acute pain management. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to manage patient data effectively. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
  • Administer medications, including Botulinum toxin treatments, as prescribed.
  • Perform procedures such as trigger point or joint injection if needed
  • Manage acute pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical coding standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.

Experience

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding practices is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
