Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center (GSRC) is a multi-disciplinary practice that has been in business for over 25 years. Our services include chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, and psychotherapy with five locations across the southeastern region of Florida. We operate under the mission “To provide the most courteous and effective care and increase the well-being of every person who walks through our door”. Purpose: To provide outstanding care to all patients with effective treatments. Responsibilities:
- Abides by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information
- Participate in various patient education/marketing events to promote the office.
- Assessing patients’ medical conditions.
- Listening to the patients’ concerns.
- Reviewing medical records.
- Performing physical examinations; analyzing patients’ postures, spines, and reflexes.
- Providing neuromusculoskeletal therapy.
- Providing physiotherapy treatments, such as ultrasound, heat, E-Stim, cold and other modalities to assist in patients’ healing and recovery.
- Reviewing and keeping accurate, thorough patient records.
- Advising patients on health, lifestyle, and wellness issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits.
- Accurately input treatment charges into ChiroTouch
- Complete and sign daily notes.
- Scribe SOAP notes information in ChiroTouch.
- Inform the doctor of any new developments involving the patient.
- Consult and communicate with supervising physicians concerning daily patient progress.
- Open to cross-training in other areas of the company.
- Seldomly attend training in South Florida.
- The above responsibilities are not limited and may include other tasks as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the core functions of Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center.
