Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Functional Medicine and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy treatments, with the ability to provide comprehensive patient care from a holistic framework.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize holistic and functional medicine protocols to address chronic illnesses and optimize wellness.
- Educate patients on preventive care and holistic health strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions.
- Stay current with medical practices, advancements, and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina
- 1+ year of experience in integrative, functional, or naturopathic medicine preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
