Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role requires a strong commitment to patient service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals. The Pediatrician will diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, ensuring the health and well-being of young patients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute care issues, including infections and injuries.
  • Provide family planning guidance and education to parents.
  • Perform urological procedures as necessary, including catheterization.
  • Implement infection control measures in accordance with best practices.
  • Deliver patient education on health maintenance, nutrition, and disease prevention.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as asthma or diabetes in pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with specialists in pulmonology and pain management for comprehensive care.
  • Utilize neonatal ventilators when treating critically ill newborns.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.

Skills

  • Proficient in operating medical equipment relevant to pediatric care.
  • Strong knowledge of acute care protocols and procedures.
  • Experience in family planning consultations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with urology practices, including catheterization techniques.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards to ensure patient safety.
  • Excellent patient service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Competence in managing pediatric pulmonary conditions and pain management strategies.
  • Proficient in the use of neonatal ventilators for critical care situations.

Pay: $64.35 – $75.41 per hour
