Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PA to provide comprehensive medical care to a steady volume of patients.

  • Asian or Hispanic PAC preferred due to the patient population.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and clinical findings.
  • Manage acute and chronic health conditions through appropriate treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients, including those with developmental disabilities.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as sonography as needed.
  • Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
  • Participate in utilization management and review processes to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Stay informed about workers’ compensation law and occupational health practices relevant to patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and emergency medicine protocols.
  • Familiarity with utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
