We are hiring Primary Care Physician Assistants for an ongoing locum assignment in Colorado!
Job details:
- Hospital Hours: 24/7
- Work schedule: 8a-4:30p
- Number of shifts: 8-12 per month
- Lunch schedule: 30 minutes
- Ideal Candidate: Experience completing medical history and physicals and treatment of medical diagnosis
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Hospital-based Practice
- Number of Physicians in practice & their specialties: Psychiatrists – 3; Supervising FMC provider – 1
- Support Staff: 7 LPN & BHT 5
- Other physicians present during locum tenens coverage: YES
- Is the locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NO, Physicians that are present are Psychiatrists, not medical providers
- Lab Onsite: NO
- Number of exam rooms: 2
- X-ray Onsite: No. It’s at Poudre Valley Hospital
Job Requirements:
- DEA – REQUIRED (required to move to work onsite)
- Board Certified – REQUIRED
- BLS – REQUIRED
- Provider must be local and within driving distance to the facility – REQUIRED
