- Assesses patient and the family.
- Identifies patient by name for any direct care procedures or treatments and exams.
- Ensures patient wellbeing.
- Ensures continuity of care and completes work in a timely manner.
- Ensures that clinic complies with all applicable state and federal agencies.
- Records all pertinent information to the patients’ medical record.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of infection control and isolation procedures; strictly adheres to policies and procedures, as outlined in the infection control manual; washes hands before and after each patient contact at all times.
- Maintains confidentiality of all patients and demonstrates complete discretion when discussing patient information.
- Demonstrates good judgment in handling emergency and unusual situations.
- Provides primary patient care in accordance with the standards of current medical practice.
- Performs medical examinations, evaluations and treatments of clinic’s patients under or in direct supervision of the clinic’s medical director.
- Maintains certifications / licenses current.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
