Andros ENT & Sleep Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team. As a healthcare provider, we look for someone who is highly motivated and excited to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Physicians collaboration and treatment of all patients and stay up to date with the latest technology and medical advancements.
Objectives:
· Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
· Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
· Develop treatment plans, prescribe and adjust medications.
· Provide education and support to patients and their families.
· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct physical exams and accurately record in EHR software.
· Diagnose and treat.
· Order and interpret tests.
· Develop plans.
· Manage patient care with follow-up appointments and referrals.
· Participate in quality improvement and patient safety.
· Promote health and wellness in the community.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program.
· Current Certification (NCCPA).
· Active State license.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent attention to detail.
