Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our orthopedic practice.
This role involves working with patients representing a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions from acute injuries, fractures to chronic condition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physician and other healthcare professions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform procedures such as injections, casting.
- Perform preoperative and postoperative assessment /care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using ICD-10 coding.
Requirements
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with current Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a current license to practice in New York
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Russian and/or Spanish language knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Experience in orthopedic or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
