Location: Newberg OR
Details:
- Full-time coverage
- Monday, OR coverage
- Tuesday-Friday, Clinic coverage
- Clinic Call coverage
- 5:00p-7:00p
- 8-9 days per month
- 16-20 patients per day
- 4-6 surgeries per day
- 90% adult, 10% pediatrics
- December 1 and ongoing
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 90 days (expedited available)
Skills and Requirements:
- PA or NP certification
- Oregon PA or NP license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1-year Orthopedic Surgery experience
Pay Rate: $114.00 per hour
Travel Benefits:If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.
Provided Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car if)
- Lodging
This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
