Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Locum Critical Care Assignment for Chattanooga area hospital. Join a dynamic and skilled critical care team in southeastern Tennessee, providing essential coverage during maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role, working with an experienced and supportive group of medical professionals. You will play a key part in delivering high-level care to critically ill patients in a rewarding, fast-paced environment. Make a direct impact on patient outcomes in a critical care setting. Full Travel What You’ll Be Doing: Managing critical care patients with a team of MDs and fellow APPs. Performing advanced procedures, including intubations, central lines, and arterial lines. Caring for up to 12 patients per shift in a high-acuity critical care setting. Ensuring quality care and monitoring of critically ill patients. About You and Your Experience: Be able to do the job as described. MSN, ACNP or NP or Masters, PA-C Must have an active TN license and DEA or the ability to transfer easily. BLS and ACLS certifications. Proficiency in performing intubations, central line placements, and arterial line placements is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment with high-level responsibility.
