Job Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is to join our new primary care practice in Garden Grove! The clinic is expected to open in January of 2025, and we are seeking an APP who is confident in their ability to provide high quality care independently.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic adult/pediatric illnesses, interpreting test results as necessary
- Collaborate with the patient and the patient’s family as needed to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
- Refer to specialists when appropriate
- Perform routine developmental screenings, health maintenance care, school physical examinations and childhood immunizations consistent with CHDP guidelines
- Provide appropriate education, feedback and assessment of care to ensure the safety of patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted California Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- At least one year of experience working as a Physician’s Assistant
- BLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date
- Proficiency in EMRs
You’re great for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Internal Medicine, Primary Care and/or OBGYN experience
- Proficient in Vietnamese

- The target pay range for this role is $65.00 – $75.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
