Axe Holistic Medicine in Tampa Florida has an opportunity that requires a RARE mid-level (NP/PA) to be the chief of the IV Infusion and Regenerative Biological Center within this multiple disciplinary medical practice. Our office is composed of the IV Infusion Center, the Regenerative Biological Center, the Physical Wellness Center, the Functional Medical Center and the Chiropractic Manipulation Center. As a collective, Axe Holistic Medicine is PACKED with patients who want the best holistic health care. No call or weekend shifts requirements. The mid-level provider will have flexible hours for a great work life balance!
Candidates must have IV and trigger point injection experience. MUST have a current, unrestricted FL license. - Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed APRN or PA
- 2 years experience starting IV’s on overweight, dehydrated patients
- Hormone replacement therapy experience is a plus
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) experience is a plus
- Ozone Therapy experience is a plus
- Regenerative Biologic experience is a plus
- Managerial leadership experience is a plus

Job Functions
- Obtain and review patient’s medical history information relevant to patient care
- IV Therapy (Insulin infusion, Ozone infusion and Myer’s Cocktail)
- Injections (Stem Cells, Exosomes, PRP, Prolozone and Lidocaine)
- Conduct physical examinations
- Order and review laboratory studies as well as diagnostic procedures
- Conduct re-evaluations of existing patients for the physician’s review in continuation & prescribing FDA approved hormone replacement therapy according to state and federal guidelines
- Review patient’s progress and manages patient care accordingly
- Maintain all required documentation for patient care and medication management
- Conduct patient consultations and provide preventive medicine counseling
- Provide training to clinical and non-clinical staff as needed
- Document patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR
- Perform other clinical duties as required to support the team
- Conduct follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient’s progress and address any concerns
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
