Advanced Practice Provider – Cardiac Services (Full-Time or PRN)

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS), Baltimore and Bethesda, MD

Department: Cardiac Services

Position Type: Full-Time or PRN (As Needed), Open to Days or Nights

Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS) is renowned for its dedication to excellence in patient care, education, and research. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiac Services team. This role involves consult work or surgery support and offers both full-time and PRN (as needed) positions with various shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Maryland.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by a recognized national certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider; preferably in cardiac care OR RN experience in cardiac care if a New Grad
