Aesthetic Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Newly Opening Medical Spa in Easton, PA

We are actively seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant for our new location in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for administering minimally invasive procedures within their scope of practice and in accordance with standardized policy and protocols.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Passionate about expertly delivering a variety of regenerative and tech-forward minimally-invasive aesthetic and wellness procedures safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols and industry standards.
  • Excited about understanding the relationships between our variety of in-clinic services and medical-grade products to be able to build luxurious and effective treatment regimens to help clients finally meet their goals.
  • Confidently builds comprehensive 360 treatment regimens, monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary, providing ongoing support and education.
  • Understands the value of collaborative working with other members of the clinical team to be able to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Values the art in empathetic listening to undertake thorough consultations with our clients in order to understand their aesthetic/wellness goals and build treatment plans that are truly personalized, incorporate multiple modalities and are catered to their needs.
  • Passionate about educating clients on their conditions, treatments and services and empowering them to make the right aesthetic/wellness decisions for them.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, fostering a welcoming, professional and calming patient environment for all clients.
  • Passionate about furthering their own clinical development and the development of other members of the clinical team in order to deliver the highest standards of service to our clients.
  • Confident in closely collaborating with the Clinical and Operational Directors to serve as an approachable and inspiring Clinical Leader for the remaining on-site team.
  • Serve as the medical representative for IRIYA in the community as a new emerging company.
  • Confident about assisting in steering the development of clinical educational materials, delivering educational lectures/webinars, undertaking protocol reviews and any other clinically focused projects within their scope of practice as determined by the Clinical/Operational Directors.
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a growing company and taking part in marketing initiatives to further our mission in the local community including strong use of social media.
  • Takes pride in their work and the clinical environment including performing thorough prep work before all treatments, properly caring for and restocking their space and the surrounding areas to ensure OSHA and Board Standards.
  • Detail-oriented including adhering to treatment logs, documentation and stock management protocols.

In-office treatments and services that you will be directly responsible for as assigned by the Clinical Director listed below:

  • Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatment Microneedling Therapy – Face, Neck, Hair Restoration
  • EZ-Gel PRF Autologous Filler
  • Sculptra
  • IV Hydration Infusions
  • Intramuscular (IM) Vitamin Injections
  • Medically Supervised Weight Loss including pharmacological treatment where appropriate
  • Full body LED Therapy
  • Chemical Peels
  • Full Face LED therapy

YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current NP or PA certification and state licensure.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience, with a specific focus on aesthetic medicine.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and a commitment to ongoing education in the field.
  • Excellent advanced training and practical hands-on experience in the above listed treatments with a proven track-record of successful outcomes.
  • Thorough knowledge of the skin and prior experience successfully working with and treating a variety of skin conditions across the Fitzpatrick scale including acneic, hyperpigmented, aging, sensitive etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with patients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for wellness and a holistic approach to patient care and aesthetics.
  • Must meet all continuing education requirements as required by their State Board.

JOB TYPE: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F

PAY: Competitive Salary with Productivity Bonuses
