Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant at SportsZone Orthopedics in Lubbock, TX. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing injuries, and assisting in surgeries.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Texas state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Duties
- Assist in patient examinations and treatment procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plan
- Provide patient education on health maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care
- Perform splinting and casting as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
