Axis HealthCare is looking for an additional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Tulsa Hills location.

We currently have 3 Providers at this location and need an additional Provider to help with our patient base.
We currently offer the following services:
- Weight Loss Management
- Primary Care
- Urgent Care
- Pain Management
- Addiction Medicine
- Dermatology
- Functional Medicine
Speaking Spanish is a plus! We have many bilingual patients that really need a Provider to help them with their healthcare.
Must have a license in good standing to apply.

Pay: $50.00 – $58.00 per hour
