JOB SUMMARY:
Job Title: Psychiatric Physician’s Assistant (PA)Reports to: Psychiatrist MDDepartment: Psychiatry
The Psychiatric Physician’s Assistant (PA) role involves the clinician providing diagnostic and medication management services to patients of Integrative Care Psychiatry. The clinician can expect to collaborate with other members of the psychiatry team, as well as psychologists and therapists.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide crisis management and intervention, as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and adjust medication regiments as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide mental health counseling and therapy to patients
- Collaborate in providing psychiatric evaluation, consultations, medication management, TMS, Ketamine treatment, Detox, and MAT
- Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality
- Must be currently credentialed with insurance, or be willing to become credentialed
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and best practices.
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
- Empathetic to client needs and concerns
- Active PA license
- DEA license
- Possess current board certification (NCCPA)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
