Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for performing patient consultations, helping with new patient attraction, and providing ongoing care through pain relief-based injections, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction. The ideal candidate must be an organized, compassionate, and collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills working within a team environment and treating patients to create a positive patient care experience.

Responsibilities
Participate in planning and implementation of patient careExamine patients and prescribe care for all specialtiesTreat patient with a variety of pain relief-based injections (training provided)Report pertinent information to Medical Director and/or Clinical DirectorTake responsibility for maintaining patient loadCollaborate effectively with other team membersImplement processes and standards proficiently and consistentlyDemonstrates flexibility to adjust and improve our practicesComplete daily tasks with minimal supervisionEducate and guide patients throughout their treatmentRequirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of ArizonaMaintain current certifications (ACLS, CPR, PALS) as necessary, based on clinical requirementsExcellent clinical and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage conflict within a team environment or addressing patient concernsExercise good judgement
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at computer terminal for extended periods of time.Ability to communicate via telephone.Ability to communicate in an active office environment.Ability to occasional stand/walkAbility to assist patients as needed with walking, sitting, reading, and writing.Ability to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds at times.
