Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care in emergency situations and ensuring the well-being of patients in a fast-paced environment.
Duties– Perform comprehensive medical assessments and provide immediate care to patients in the emergency department- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests- Administer treatments and medications as necessary- Coordinate with specialists for further care if needed- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records- Participate in research activities related to emergency medicine- Handle procedures such as catheterization when required- Collaborate with ICU staff for critical patient management- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation- Provide hospice palliative care when appropriate
Experience– Board certification as a Physician Assistant
– Proficiency in data collection and analysis- Familiarity with medical software for electronic health records- Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine and acute care settings

Pay: $131,841.00 – $162,794.00 per year
