*** Must have current license and DEA certification***
This is a PT /1099 position.It is approximately 5-8 hours a week until clinic picks up. And if you are available on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm It would be a plus
Duties
-Botox injection certification is a plus
-conduct physical examination on patients
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
