Full Job Description
Family Practice Clinic in Littleton is looking for a part time/full time (3-4 days/week), experienced Physician Assistant. Candidate must have 3-5 years of primary care experience and comfortable managing all ages, especially patients with complex chronic medical conditions.
Peak Health Family Medine which was established in 2012 recently partnered with UC Health with the goal of continuing to practice medicine for our local community but with the backing of a major health care organization to better serve our patients. We currently employ two physicians and five advanced mid-level practitioners. As a team, we are able to provide exceptional health care and achieve better health outcomes to a larger network of patients.

– Proficient in computer skills and ability to use EMR systems (knowledge of EPIC a plus)
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
– Manage patients in a primary care setting (avg 12-14 patients/day)
– Perform in house procedures in a competent manner
– Call (split among all medical Providers)
