Full Job Description
The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM accredited, employee-owned sleep center currently seeking a full-time APP to join our team in Chicago. In collaboration with the sleep physicians, this position involves all aspects of the assessment and treatment of patients presenting with sleep complaints including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep conditions. The APP is part of a team that includes physicians, APP’s, psychologists, dentists, and sleep technologists. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
