We are a boutique family oriented medical and spa practice that believes in work/life balance. We support a combination of medical and spa service practice for the right candidate. We are also flexible if a candidate would prefer one side of the practice over the other. We are looking for full-time, part-time, and may consider per diem.

Our spa is a luminary site for multiple laser technologies and our physician assistant owner is a well-respected and sought out national laser trainer, speaker, and medical lecturer. We have a large array of laser technologies alongside an assortment of curated skincare products, neurotoxins and fillers. We believe in quality patient care with treatments customized for each individual to maximize quality of life. Our medical practice is multi-faceted with a combination of internal medicine, primary care, endocrinology, and integrative/functional medicine. We offer IV therapy as well.

Requirements:

· NP, PA License with a minimum of 2 years experience (Exceptions may be considered for the right candidate)

· Knowledge of Allergan and Galderma products preferred

· Laser experience preferred

· Availability to work some weekends or evenings is a plus

· Existing clientele is a plus

· Must maintain current license(s) in good standing

· Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Must work well others and maintain a positive, can do mindset

· Must contribute to a growing social media presence

Key Job Responsibilities General:

· Generating/maintaining a client base

· Attend office meetings as needed

· Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation

· Perform treatments according to the accepted guidelines of practice with patient safety as number one priority

· Maintains accurate documentation of treatment in all patient medical records

· Maintains a professional neat appearance and adheres to dress code

· Provide exceptional, high touch care and service standards at all times

Key Job Responsibilities Medical Practice:

· Initial history and physical exam, follow-up care, monitoring labs, adjusting medications, ordering and interpretation of radiological exams, and developing a plan of care

· Ordering and administering IV therapy

· Recommending supplements, nutrition appointments, or other therapeutics per patient needs

Key Job Responsibilities Spa Practice:

· Develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans with patients during consultation

· Provide full facial assessments and recommendations

Compensation:

· Negotiable but willing to pay top-dollar for right candidate. We offer flexibility with scheduling, generous staff treatment policy, PTO, friends and family discounts, and a beautiful, friendly working environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
