Job Description:
Med Spa – Bella Visage Medical Spa is seeking an experienced and licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, and weight loss injections. The ideal candidate will have experience with the PiQo4 laser or similar technology and a strong interest in providing high-quality patient care in a med spa setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tattoo removal using the PiQo4 laser system.
- Provide laser hair removal treatments and other laser base- aesthetic treatments
- Administer Semaglutide injections for weight loss
- Perform SmoothGlo treatments and other skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida.
- Experience with laser technology (PiQo4 laser preferred).
- Strong background in aesthetic treatments, such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and injectable procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience, with total compensation in the range of $108,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Base pay on an hourly rate that will vary based on experience and capacity for a range of service treatements.
- Pay also includes additional bonuses for production and sales performance that combined can exceed standard compensation rates.
Work Hours:
- Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered for fully trained candidates.
Location:
- On-site at Bella Visage Medical Spa, Downtown Lakeland, FL.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Tattoo removal: 1 year (Preferred)
- Esthetic laser treatment: 1 year (Preferred)
