Full Job Description

Clinic Director (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) – Gameday Men’s Health, Fairfield & Napa, CA

About Us: Gameday Men’s Health is a pioneering men’s health clinic specializing in hormone optimization, erectile enhancement, weight management, testosterone replacement therapy, vitamin therapy, and PRP. Over 40% of men experience Low T by age 40, and over 60% will face ED at some point. We’re dedicated to offering a concierge-level experience, focused on what truly matters to men. Our unique man-cave environment includes flat-screen TVs, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia, creating a comfortable, welcoming space. Our on-site lab ensures testosterone levels are processed in just 15 minutes for fast, efficient care.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our Fairfield and Napa clinics as a Clinic Director. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time. You’ll work alongside our Medical Director and a passionate team, delivering concierge-level care in hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction treatments, weight loss solutions, and more. This is not your typical healthcare role—our patients are excited to see you because you’re genuinely improving their quality of life.

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $85 – $90 per hour, plus bonuses and commission opportunities.
  • The faster the clinic grows, the more you will earn—offering you the opportunity to make more than your peers while enjoying a fulfilling work environment.
  • Flexible hours: Full-time or part-time, starting with 20–40 hours per week.
  • No weekends, no holidays, no late hours—work Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
  • 401(k), employee discounts, and paid time off.
  • 100% covered DEA Registration, state license, and medical malpractice insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient evaluation and implement care management plans under the supervision of our Medical Director
  • Provide office and staff leadership — working hand-in-hand with the Medical Director, Medical Assistants, and the Office Admin to create a positive, collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Oversee and administer Hormone Replacement treatments, including evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing and administering testosterone and adjunctive therapy to optimize hormone levels
  • Oversee and administer Erectile Dysfunction treatments, including Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix and prescription medications
  • Oversee additional treatment plans for Weight Loss and Vitamin Therapy
  • Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections as needed
  • Oversee lab operations — including (but not limited to) lab quality control, equipment calibration and accurate lab reporting
  • Ensure practice compliance with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to drive business development initiatives and align with organizational goals
  • Assist in identifying new members within the community, including networking and local community events, calling on other medical professionals
  • Attend local events, golf tournaments, sporting activities, conferences, and health fairs, etc to build brand awareness and establish valuable connections
  • Field any staff or patient complaints or concerns

Qualifications:

  • NP or PA degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active California medical license in good standing.
  • Experience in hormonal health, urology, or men’s health is preferred, but we can train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients in a cash-pay, high-ticket environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving clinic growth.

Why Join Gameday Men’s Health?

  • Work in a high-growth, fun, and supportive environment with a team that’s passionate about making a positive impact on men’s health.
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’re helping men improve their lives in a unique, concierge-level setting.
  • The opportunity to earn competitive pay and exceed your financial goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance—no weekends, holidays, or late hours.
