OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and have a strong background in various clinical settings.
Duties– Provide primary and specialty healthcare services to patients of all ages- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments- Develop and implement patient care plans- Perform clinical procedures including sterile processing, specimen collection processing, and botulinum toxin treatment- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Manage acute care needs in various settings such as the operating room (OR)- Oversee infection control practices to maintain a safe healthcare environment- Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical research to enhance patient care- Experience with utilization management and working with pediatric patients is a plus
Skills– Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate patient care- Proficiency in acute care management and treatment- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols- Ability to perform botulinum toxin treatments effectively- Experience in utilization management for efficient healthcare delivery- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
Pay: $128,359.00 – $135,639.00 per year
