Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed PA or NP specializing in aesthetics to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to perform cosmetic procedures, particularly Botox injections, under the supervision of our experienced medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving natural-looking results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic goals and medical histories.
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine suitability for Botox treatments.
- Administer Botox injections, laser hair removal and other cosmetic procedures with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and desired outcomes.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patients are informed about expected outcomes and potential side effects.
- Schedule follow-up appointments to monitor results and address any concerns.
- Work closely with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and attend training sessions or workshops as required.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Florida.
- Certification in Botox administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics, with specific experience in administering Botox injections preferred.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and the ability to perform injections safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and achieving optimal cosmetic outcomes.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
